Academia Workshop
In this 3-hour course, students will review Academic expectations, with a variety of tools, tips, and tricks to excel. This course will help students deal with heightened expectations both in and out of the classroom. We will help set you up for a successful year.
Campus Life
In this 3-hour course, students will explore common misconceptions, of campus life. You’ll learn about healthy relationships, drinking, and drug use. This course is about taking good care of yourself, your surroundings, and your belongings.
Cooking 101
In this 4-hour course, students will be in a kitchen setting. You’ll discover easy to make, healthy recipes with simple, affordable ingredients. This hands-on cooking course applies basic cooking principals for simple, quick, and cost effective meals.
Balancing Budgets
In this 3-hour course, students will review how to balance budgets with increased student financial demands. Car payments, loan payments, interest, and paying bills are just some of the essential topics that are covered. Learn how to survive for the first time on a budget.
